Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of fluid. As a cure, a time of at least 8 weeks is recommended. As a 1-2 week intensive cure, e.g. during and after the use of antibiotics, take 3 capsules daily. If you take antibiotics at the same time, wait 3 hours until you take these capsules.
