Apart from the disgusting taste, I can't sleep after taking it.... Heartburn of horror (no, I'm not sensitive).

Abgesehen vom widerlichen Geschmack ist mir nach Einnahme Schlafen unmöglich... Sodbrennen des Grauens (nein, ich bin nicht empfindlich).

For me, it really does help me to fall asleep better/faster. However, not immediately after the first bottle, but only after the third application, but from then on it worked really well. I am very happy to be able to sleep better again, and only with purely herbal help. The taste takes some getting used to, the herbs are quite strong. But it doesn't bother me.

Bei mir bewirkt es tatsächlich, besser/schneller einschlafen zu können. Allerdings nicht nach sofort dem 1.Fläschchen, sondern erst ab der 3.Anwendung, ab dann wirkte es aber wirklich gut. Ich bin sehr sehr froh, wieder besser zu schlafen und das nur mit rein pflanzlicher Hilfe. Der Geschmack ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Kräuter sind recht kräftig. Stört mich aber nicht.

It tastes slightly sweet and helps me to become calmer overall and to be able to drive down better. Since it really only contains natural ingredients, I don't need to have a guilty conscience. I still deduct one point because the price is a bit too high.

Schmeckt leicht süß und hilft mir insgesamt einfach ruhiger zu werden und um besser runter fahren zu können. Da wirklich nur natürliche Inhaltstoffe enthalten sind, brauche ich kein schlechtes Gewissen zu haben. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es von mir dennoch, da mir der Preis etwas zu hoch ist.
