Holle Organic Wholemeal Baby Porridge Semolina

For babies after 4 months

Holle Organic Wholemeal Baby Porridge Semolina is made from wholemeal wheat flour. Milk free and unsweetened / contains naturally occurring sugars. The porridge can be prepared as a milk porridge, dairy free porridge (with water) or with a Holle Organic Infant Formula from cow's or goat's milk. Suitable for when starting to wean as part of a mixed diet, from 4 months at the earliest.
Baby porridge with fruit:
Mix 2 tbsp of wholemeal cereal flakes with 100 g Holle fruit jars and 1 tsp Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil and add water if needed.

Application:

1. Heat up 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water to approx. 50 °C.
2. Add 6 tablespoons (25 g) wholemeal cereal flakes.
3. Mix everything well, allow the porridge to swell briefly and make sure to feed at the proper temperature (37 °C).

Alternatively, you can also prepare the baby porridge with 130 ml breast milk, 200 ml whole milk or water or a Holle Organic Infant formula made from cow's or goat's milk (150–170 ml).
