Holle Organic Wholemeal Baby Porridge My very first Cereals. Made with whole oat flour. Especially at the beginning of complementary feeding, it is recommended to feed pure and gluten-free cereals. It is best to gradually increase gluten-containing cereals by the spoonful, such as spelt. The baby cereal porridge can also be prepared with mother's milk, whole milk or water or a Holle Infant Formula made from cow's or goat's milk. Dairy-free and unsweetened / contains naturally occurring sugars.

Application:

1. Heat up 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water to approx. 50 °C.
2. Add 6 tablespoons (25 g) of the wholemeal baby porridge.
3. Mix everything well, allow the baby food to swell briefly and make sure to feed at the proper temperature (37 °C).

Alternatively, you can also prepare the baby porridge with 130 ml mother's milk, 200 ml whole milk or water or a Holle Organic Infant formula made from cow's or goat's milk (150–170 ml).
