1. heat 100 ml of whole milk to approx. 50 °C.
2. add 30 g of porridge flakes (5-6 tbsp).
3. mix everything well, allow the porridge to swell briefly and make sure it is at the right temperature for consumption (37 °C).

Wholemeal oat flakes* 65%, wholemeal spelt flour*° 18%, banana flakes* 7%, plum powder* (plum puree*, rice flour*) 6%, apple powder* 4%, thiamine (vitamin B1).
