Holle Organic Baby Rusk Spelt. Unsweetened / contains naturally occurring sugars and suitable for babies from 6 months. As a snack for nibbling and chewing or for preparing rusk baby porridges.
Serving suggestions after 6 months:

Milk mash with rusk:
Break 3 slices of Holle Organic Baby Rusk Spelt (approx. 34 g) into small pieces and place in a plate. Bring 120 ml whole milk and 60 ml water to the boil and pour evenly over it. Allow to soak briefly and mash or puree finely with a fork. Stir, allow to cool down to 37 °C.

Fruit porridge with rusk:
Break 2 slices of Holle Organic Baby Rusk Spelt (approx. 22 g) into small pieces and place in a plate. Bring 140 ml of water to the boil and pour evenly over it. Allow to soak briefly and mash or puree finely with a fork. Stir in 100 g freshly grated fruit (apple, pear, banana) or 100 g of Holle Organic Fruit Jar. Allow to cool down to approx. 37 °C.
