Holle Organic Baby Porridge 3-Grain, gluten free

For babies after 6 months

Holle Organic Baby Porridge 3-Grain. Made from wholemeal millet flour, rice flour and maize flour. Dairy-free and unsweetened (naturally contains sugar). Suitable for babies from 6 months of age. The cereal porridge can also be prepared with breast milk, whole milk or water or a Holle infant milk made from cow's or goat's milk.
Preparation:
With milk formula:
  1. Prepare approx. 100 ml of milk formula.
  2. Fill a plate and add 22 g of cereal flakes (5-6 tablespoons)
  3. Add approx. 100 ml water (heated to approx. 50 °C) until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Stir everything well, allow the porridge to swell briefly and make sure it is at the correct consumption temperature (37 °C).

As a half-milk porridge after the 6th month:
  1. Heat 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water to approx. 50 °C.
  2. Add 22 g of cereal flakes (5-6 tablespoons).
  3. Stir everything well, allow the porridge to swell briefly and make sure it is at the right temperature for consumption (37 °C).

Alternatively, you can also prepare the cereal porridge with approx. 130 ml breast milk, 200 ml whole milk or 200 ml water.

As a cereal-fruit porridge:
Mix 20 g cereal flakes (5 tablespoons) with 90 ml water, 100 g fruit puree and 1 teaspoon of complementary food oil.

I am already 50 years old, but my gluten intolerance led me to this porridge and it tastes the best. I have tried many different brands and varieties, but this is the best. I always add a teaspoon of redcurrant jelly and some rice syrup for breakfast, and unfortunately only water, as anything else doesn't work. But it tastes delicious.

Ich bin zwar schon 50 Jahre, aber durch meine Glutenunverträglichkeit bin ich auf diesen Brei gekommen und er schmeckt mir am allerbesten. Ich habe viele verschiedene Marken und Sorten schon ausprobiert, aber der ist am leckersten. Ich gebe mir zum Frühstück immer noch einen Teelöffel Johannisbeergelee dazu und etwas Reissirup und leider nur Wasser, da alles andere nicht geht. Aber schmeckt lecker.

Since I stopped breastfeeding, my little son (now 8 months) has been getting baby food from Holle. I am very satisfied with the quality of these products. I attach great importance to organic products myself, especially food. That's why I want my offspring to have organic products, too. The organic baby food 3-Korn from Holle is very rich and nutritious. I always prepare it with fresh milk, which gives it a good consistency that is not too firm but also not too liquid. My little one tolerates the porridge very well, so I always reorder it from Violey because the price is right.

Seit ich nicht mehr stille, bekommt mein kleiner Sohn (mittlerweile 8 Monate) Babynahrung von Holle. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität dieser Produkte. Mein Kleiner verträgt den Brei sehr gut, deshalb bestelle ich ihn immer bei Violey nach, weil hier der Preis stimmt.
