: Description:
HistaFood Organic Baking Mixture Grain Bread. Wholemeal oat flour forms the basis of this baking mix. Pumpkin seeds, linseed and other seeds give the bread its aromatic taste. Enjoy the this bread for breakfast, supper or as a snack in between meals.
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Put the baking mix in a bowl and pour in 450 ml of cold water.
- Mix everything together, leave to soak for 5 minutes and then stir vigorously again.
- With wet hands, shape into an oval loaf and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or in a baking tin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 70 minutes.
- Allow to cool well on a wire rack before cutting.
