Hipp PRE HA Combiotik. Hypoallergenic infant formula with natural lactic acid cultures. From birth as a sole food or to be fed in addition to breast milk. Following breastfeeding or another hypoallergenic infant formula. Hipp PRE HA Combiotik contains lactose as the only carbohydrate and can be given as required, just like breast milk - as often and as much as your baby wants to drink.

Preparation:
Follow the instructions for use carefully when preparing the food. Improper preparation or storage over a longer period of time can lead to health impairments, e.g. through the growth of undesirable germs. Therefore, prepare food freshly before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Clean the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Close the opened bag tightly, store it in a dry place at room temperature and use it up within 3 weeks. Do not heat the food in the microwave (risk of scalding).

Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°- 50°C*.
Pour the desired amount of boiled water (see table) into a bottle.
Measure the recommended amount of powder (see table). Fill measuring spoon loosely and wipe off. Add the powder to the water.
Close the bottle and shake vigorously several times.
Cool down to drinking temperature approx. 37°C. Check temperature, e.g. with HiPP thermometer.

* To avoid damaging the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the food with water that is too hot.

The powder is subject to colour variations due to the raw material.

Drinking quantity and dosage:

The amount of water per bottle may vary from individual to individual. Recommended amounts and number of bottles per day are guidelines. Your baby does not necessarily have to drink the entire bottle.

Please only use the enclosed measuring spoon! You need 30 ml of water for one measuring spoon of powder.

Important notes:
Breastfeeding is the best and most natural nutrition for your baby. Please talk to your clinic or paediatrician if you want to use an infant formula.

Hipp PRE HA Combiotik must not be used if a cow's milk protein allergy already exists or is suspected.

Like breast milk, all infant formulas contain carbohydrates. They are an important part of your baby's diet. Frequent or prolonged contact of the teeth with liquids containing carbohydrates can lead to tooth decay and thus to health problems. Do not allow your child to suck on the bottle all the time and let him drink from the cup as early as possible.

You can switch from any other HA formula milk to Hipp PRE HA Combiotik. If the stool consistency changes when switching to Hipp PRE HA Combiotik, this is typical for the product, as Combiotik PRE can lead to softer stools due to the galactooligosaccharides (GOS) it contains.
