Hipp Organic Children's Milk

From the 12th month

Hipp Organic Children's Milk. For growing children. This follow-on formula is suitable from the 12th month on as a milk drink for breakfast, in muesli, with dinner or simply for in-between meals. Hipp Bio Children's Milk can be given after any other follow-on formula.
Preparation: 
Follow the instructions for use carefully when preparing the food. Improper preparation or storage over a longer period of time can lead to health impairments, e.g. through the growth of undesirable germs. Therefore, prepare food freshly before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Clean the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Close the opened bag tightly, store it in a dry place at room temperature and use it up within 3 weeks. Do not heat the food in the microwave (risk of scalding).
  1. Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°- 50°C*.
  2. Pour the desired amount of boiled water (see table) into a bottle. 
  3. Measure the recommended amount of powder (see table). Fill measuring spoon loosely and wipe off. Add the powder to the water. 
  4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously several times.
  5. Cool down to drinking temperature approx. 37°C. Check temperature, e.g. with HiPP thermometer. 

Drinking quantity and dosage: 
A daily drinking quantity of 300ml Hipp Organic Children's Milk is recommended. The recommended drinking amount is a guideline. Your child does not necessarily have to drink the cup completely empty.
Please only use the enclosed measuring spoon! One measuring spoon corresponds to 45 ml of water.

Important notes:
Exclusively breastfeeding for the first six months is ideal for your baby. Do not use Hipp Organic Children's Milk as a breast milk substitute in the first six months, but from the 12th month onwards as part of a mixed diet, e.g. as milk with meals (e.g. with muesli) or for in-between meals. Your baby's individual growth and development needs may make it necessary to introduce follow-on formula as part of a mixed diet into your baby's diet at an earlier stage. Please consult your paediatrician for advice.

Hipp Organic Children's Milk is intended for children from 12 months onwards to drink from the cup. If you still give Hipp Bio Children's Milk from the bottle, do not leave it for your child to suck on continuously. Frequent and continuous contact of the teeth with liquids containing carbohydrates can lead to caries and thus to health problems. Please ensure a balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle and thorough dental care even for the first teeth - especially before bedtime.
