: Review date:I maintain that in a blind taste test with the Herzberger rose rolls and other rose rolls for baking, there is no recognisable difference in taste compared to supermarket rolls. The 6 rolls in a pack look exactly the same in colour and size as their conventionally produced counterparts, but only take 6 minutes to bake. At the same time, I find it reassuring to know that such a product can also be produced in organic quality and that I don't have to make any compromises: Golden and crispy on the outside, soft dough on the inside. The "family pack" is also suitable for smaller households: one opened pack lasts a whole weekend in our household of two.
Ich behaupte, dass in einer Blindverkostung mit den Herzberger Rosenbrötchen und anderen Rosenbrötchen zum Aufbacken im Vergleich zu Supermarktbrötchen kein geschmacklicher Unterschied erkennbar ist. Die 6 Brötchen in einer Packung sehen in Farbe und Größe genauso wie das konventionell produzierte Pendant aus, brauchen aber nur noch 6 Minuten zum Fertigbacken. Gleichzeitig finde ich den Gedanken beruhigend, dass ein solches Produkt auch in Bio-Qualität zu produzieren geht und ich keine Kompromisse eingehen muss: Außen golden und knusprig, innen weicher Teig. Auch für kleinere Haushalte eignet sich die "Familienpackung": eine geöffnete Packung reicht in unserem 2er-Haushalt ein ganzes Wochenende.

Durch Zufall haben wir im Bioladen Rosenbrötchen gekauft. Brötchen zum Aufbacken kauften wir selten, da sie alle nicht schmeckten. Wir haben die Rosenbrötchen ausprobiert und waren total begeistert. Genau so haben die Brötchen in den 60iger Jahren geschmeckt. Leider waren sie im Bioladen schnell ausverkauft. Jetzt werde ich sie hier bestellen.

Rosenbrötchen mag ich generell gerne aufgrund des vielen Teigs in der Mitte. Das ist auch bei diesen Brötchen so. Frisch aufgebacken sind sie außen schön resch und innen teigig. Da brauche ich wirklich nicht mehr extra zum Bäcker gehen am Sonntag.
