It tastes simply delicious. A bit like homemade. The fact that the stollen is baked with spelt flour does not detract from it. Quite the opposite. We always serve it on the coffee table during Advent afternoons. It is quite small, but it will last us two old people until Christmas.

Er schmeckt einfach nur köstlich. Ein bisschen wie selbstgemacht. Das der Stollen mit Dinkelmehl gebacken wird, tut ihm keinen Abbruch. Ganz im Gegenteil. Bei uns kommt er jeweils zu den Adventsnachmittagen auf den Kaffeetisch. Er ist zwar recht klein, aber für uns 2 alten Herrschaften reicht er bis Weihnachten.
