: Review date:This mini Christmas stollen tastes the best of all the ones I've tried so far, and there have been lots of expensive and handmade ones too. I don't know what Herzberger does differently, I love the flavour, the consistency and the small size. I now order the stollen every year.
Dieser Mini- Christstollen schmeckt mir am besten von allen, die ich bislang probiert habe, und da waren auch jede Menge teure und handgemachte dabei. : Review date:What I like about this Stollen is that it is not too sweet. It's sprinkled with fine sugar and not as white as you remember the original ones. It tastes delicious, but contains some ingredient that makes it not taste 100% authentic to me, as you would imagine, but I haven't figured out what it could be yet. But it still tastes good, not too sweet, a nice cake or dessert.
Was mir am diesem Stollen gefällt, ist, dass er nicht allzu süß ist. Er ist mit feinem Zucker bestreut und nicht so weiß, wie man die originale in Erinnerung hat. Er schmeckt lecker, enthält aber irgendeine Zutat, die ihn für mich nicht ganz 100% authentisch schmecken lässt, so wie man ihn sich vorstellt, bin aber noch nicht drauf gekommen, was es sein könnte. Aber dennoch schmeckt er gut, nicht zu süß, ein schöner Kuchen oder Nachtisch.

: Review date:It was the first time we ordered a Stollen that was not of Dresden origin. But it tasted surprisingly good. We won't give up our original because of it, but for "in between", the Mini Christstollen is just right.
Es war das erste Mal, dass wir einen Stollen bestellt haben, der nicht Dresdner Ursprungs ist. Er schmeckte aber überraschend gut. Wir werden deswegen nicht auf unser Original verzichten, aber für "zwischendurch" ist der Mini Christstollen genau das Richtige.
