Finally products "for ready baking" without added sugar and WITHOUT invert sugar syrup, thickener guar gum, WHEAT malt flour, malt extract (BARLEY malt, water), acidity regulator sodium acetate, emulsifier mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, dextrose, flour treatment agent ascorbic acid or raising agents (disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate). This is an expression of high quality and this is clearly noticeable in the excellent flavour.
