: Review date:Yes, we are happy to rate this Herzberger stollen: we are absolute stollen fans, lived next door to a traditional organic baker for decades and were now on the lookout: we had stollen from four different directions sent to us - high quality all - and then we fell over the Herzberger and yes: perfect, moist and very well balanced in the ingredients - whether spelt or wheat, simply a very well-rounded thing - nothing else will have to be tried this year!
