Herbaria Organic Vegetable Broth Querbeet. Organic spice blend for soups, sauces and salads, and for use as a classic vegetable stock. Yeast-free, with no flavour enhancers, containing a high proportion of vegetables and herbs, and with a delicate creaminess thanks to rice flour. Enjoy the natural umami flavour from porcini mushrooms, celery, onions, leeks and tomatoes.

With this vegetable stock, vegetables and herbs – not salt – take centre stage. A base of carrot, parsnip, lovage, winter onion and parsley is complemented by aromatic porcini mushrooms, mildly sweet paprika, savoury celery and subtle notes of mace, thyme and oregano. Very good tasty blend that I tried in salad dressing and vegetable broth. My previous attempts with other brands were not as tasty. Warning: the product is already salted, you should not add extra salt. I will buy again.

Sehr gute schmackhafte Mischung, die ich in Salatsoße und Gemüsebrühe ausprobiert habe. Meine vorherigen Versuche mit anderen Marken waren nicht so lecker. Achtung: das Produkt ist schon gesalzen, man sollte nicht zusätzlich salzen. Werde ich wieder kaufen.

In principle, I have already cooked with several spices from Herbaria and have always been satisfied. This one reminds me a bit of vegetable stock, which is not a bad thing. I currently like to use it to season soups and sauces. At least my family likes it. And that's the main thing.

Prinzipiell ist zu sagen, ich habe schon mit mehreren Gewürzen von Herbaria gekocht und war immer zufrieden. Dieses hier erinnert mich etwas an Gemüsebrühe, was nicht schlimm ist.
