Mit dem Apfelpunsch Hot Apple Cider hat es Herbaria wieder einmal geschafft mich zu begeistern. Der Punsch schmeckt einfach herrlich. Und er wird sogar noch besser wenn man ihn mit etwas Sahne und eine Prise Zimt obendrauf genießt. Tolle Alternative zum Glühwein!

I'm already looking forward to the colder weather when I can use this great spice mixture more often again. Tastes great with non-alcoholic apple juice (I use the naturally cloudy direct juice) or with a little rum, but not too much, otherwise the intense rum aroma will cover everything. My absolute secret tip, however, is apple cider. Not the sweet stuff, but the classic tart, slightly sour apple wine from Hesse. It's a great mulled wine option for those who don't like it so sweet.

Ich freu mich schon, wenn es wieder kälter wird und ich diese tolle Gewürzmischung wieder öfter einsetzen kann. Schmeckt ganz toll alkoholfrei an Apfelsaft (ich nehme den naturtrüben Direktsaft) oder auch mit etwas Rum, aber nicht zu viel, sonst überdeckt das intensive Rumaroma alles. Mein absoluter Geheimtipp ist aber Apfelwein. Also nicht diese pappsüße Zeug, sondern der klassische herbe, leicht sauere Apfelwein aus Hessen. Dss ist eine tolle Glühwein-Variante für alle, die es nicht so süß mögen.
