: Review date:The mixture goes really well with minced meat and adds a pleasant spiciness. The thyme, however, stands out strongly, which is certainly not to everyone's liking. But it fits well in an oriental spice mix. I also like the fact that the mixture is not too salty.
Die Mischung passt wirklich gut zu Hackfleisch und verleiht eine angenehme Würze. Der Thymian sticht allerdings stark hervor, was bestimmt nicht jedem zusagt. Aber in eine orientalische Gewürzmischung passt es eben gut. Mir gefällt auch, dass die Mischung nicht zu salzlastig ist.
