Herbaria Ruf der Oase. Organic spice mix with rock salt, seeds, herbs and spices for tabbouleh, couscous or bulgur salads, as well as refreshing rice and pasta salads. Delicious with yoghurt, feta, grilled vegetables or as a topping for bowls and dips. To make a dressing, mix 1–2 tsp of Herbaria Ruf der Oase with 1 tbsp of boiling water, 1 tbsp of lemon juice or white vinegar and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
