Herbaria is really good at giving names. I also like Wild Hilde. We use this spice mixture for salads, of course, but we also like to make herb butter with it. And since you can't find it in our health food shops, we are glad to have found it here.

In Namen geben ist Herbaria ja richtig Spitze. Wilde Hilde finde ich auch gut. Verwendet wird diese Gewürzmischung bei uns für, logisch, Salate, aber wir machen auch gern Kräuterbutter damit. Und da man es in unseren Reformhäusern vergebens sucht, sind wir froh, es hier gefunden zu haben.

With this mixture, my beloved tomato-mozzarella salad gets the right pep! The taste is simply wonderful. Simply delicious. Well, a bit expensive for 100 g, but for organic quality you like to pay a bit more. I find the tin very practical. No annoying bags and you can refill it.

Mit dieser Mischung bekommt mein geliebter Tomaten-Mozzarella-Salat noch den richtigen Pepp! Der Geschmack ist einfach wunderbar. Einfach nur lecker. The perfect seasoning for salad dressings for lettuce and cucumbers! Tastes nice like herbs, almost like freshly chopped yourself, and is made in no time at all. I also like to mix it with yoghurt instead of oil and add a squeeze of lemon juice, which is even lighter and tastes very fresh.

Das perfekte Gewürz für Salatsaucen zu Blattsalat und Gurken! Schmeckt schön nach Kräutern, fast wie frisch selbst gehackt, und ist im Handumdrehen gemacht. Ich mische es auch gerne mit Joghurt statt Öl und gebe einen Spritzer Zitronensaft dazu, das ist noch leichter und schmeckt sehr frisch.
