I have been using this "spice" for a long time to round off the taste of our daily salad bowl. The mild onion flavour does not push itself to the fore as it does with a fresh onion.

Dieses "Gewürz" verwende ich seit langem zur geschmacklichen Abrundung unserer täglichen Salatschüssel. Der milde Zwiebelgeschmack drängt sich nicht in den Vordergrund, wie bei einer frischen Zwiebel.
