Coconut, garlic, paprika and ginger form the full-bodied base. Turmeric, cumin, chilli and black pepper provide depth and hearty flavour, whilst coriander seeds and cardamom add a delicate, aromatic complexity. The flavour experience is rounded off with cinnamon and vanilla, which contribute a gentle, soothing sweetness. Thanks to the ground coconut, there’s no need to add extra coconut milk to many recipes. The characteristic creamy texture is already present in the blend.

Ich nehme dieses Gewürz sehr gerne zu gebackenen Kürbisspalten, damit hat man ruckzuck ein leckeres Essen. Ist in meinen Augen perfekt auf Kürbis abgestimmt, man braucht sonst nichts mehr dazu. Ich verwende den kleinen Hokkaido-Kürbis, da kann man praktischerweise die Schale dran lassen. Die Kürbisspalten in die Auflaufform, bisschen Olivenöl drüber und die Gewürzmischung - super lecker!
