Ich nehme dieses Gewürz sehr gerne zu gebackenen Kürbisspalten, damit hat man ruckzuck ein leckeres Essen. Ist in meinen Augen perfekt auf Kürbis abgestimmt, man braucht sonst nichts mehr dazu. Ich verwende den kleinen Hokkaido-Kürbis, da kann man praktischerweise die Schale dran lassen. Die Kürbisspalten in die Auflaufform, bisschen Olivenöl drüber und die Gewürzmischung - super lecker!
