I like several spice blends from Herbaria, but this one doesn't suit my taste. Firstly, the very coarsely ground pieces don't give off much flavour, and it's also very unpleasant to bite into them. Some of the pieces are straw-like, others are extremely hard. Absolutely not a pleasure for me. Let's see, if it works, I'll grind or mortar them finer, maybe the mixture will be more flavourful that way.

Ich mag gleich mehrere Gewürzmischungen von Herbaria, aber diese hier trifft nicht meinen Geschmack. Erstens geben die sehr grob gemahlenen Stückchen nicht viel Aroma ab, außerdem ist es sehr unangenehm, darauf zu beißen. Teilweise sind die Stückchen strohig, andere extrem hart. Für mich absolut kein Genuss. Mal schauen, wenn es funktioniert, mahle oder mörsere ich sie mir feiner, vielleicht wird die Mischung so aromatischer.
