For a cup of tea, pour about 200 ml boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of Herbaria Organic Green Oat, cover and allow to infuse for about 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey according to taste. The green oat can unfold even better if it is cooked for about 20 minutes. Then pass through a tea strainer.

The tea has a beautiful green colour and tastes very delicious. I bought it to support my fasting and it reduces cravings and brings peace. I have not yet tried the special preparation method (simmering for 20 min. and then straining), but then the tea is supposed to be even better. I will definitely buy this tea 'Herbaria Green Oats' again.

Der Tee hat eine wunderschöne grüne Farbe und schmeckt sehr lecker. Ich habe ihn zur Unterstützung beim Fasten gekauft und er mindert die Gelüste und bringt Ruhe. Die besondere Zubereitungsart (20 min. köcheln lassen und dann abseihen) habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert, aber dann soll der Tee noch besser sein. Werde mir diesen Tee 'Herbaria Grüner Hafer' auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.
