For a cup of tea, pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of camomile blossoms and leave to brew for approx. 10 minutes, then strain off. Sweeten with honey according to taste. As a bath additive, pour 1 litre of boiling water over about 50g camomile blossoms and let stand for 10 minutes covered, then strain. Add the infusion to the bath water.
