Pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons herb mixture per cup, cover, and allow to infuse for about 10 minutes. Then strain. You can enjoy the tea warm or cold and sweeten it with honey according to taste. The ingredients can unfold even better, when you crush the blend shortly before use. It is recommended to enjoy a cup of freshly prepared tea before and after each meal.
