Usually its our German brethren getting expensive bio products from Greece, herbs, honey, and organic olive oils. I get from Germany what I cant find easily in Greece and delivered right to my door! Is gut ya! You can taste right away the native essences of the apple unlike with more processed vinegars. Cant beat the taste and if you effevessed it with soda it could make a potentially thirst quenching drink health tonic. Its Apple-Cider Vinegar w/out the bad stuff! I wanted to order ACV w/out sulfer or other preservative and was lucky enough to stumble upon via search Violey whom I feel a kindrid spirit with. Danke.

Good vinegar. I take a spoonful of this vinegar every day and then alternate with the other Hensel vinegar, straight. It does me good and it doesn't taste so aggressive.

Guter Essig. Ich nehme jeden Tag einen Löffel von diesem Essig und dann abwechselnd von dem anderen Hensel Essig, pur ein. Es tut mir gut und es schmeckt nicht so aggressiv.

This vinegar is very strong, but aromatic in taste. For years I have only used the relatively sweet balsamic vinegar for salads and cooking, so I used too much apple vinegar. But once I got the right amount, the taste was excellent. As with all spices, use sparingly, preferably by the teaspoonful and taste again and again.

Dieser Essig ist sehr kräftig, aber aromatisch im Geschmack. Da ich seit Jahren ausschließlich den relativ süßlichen Balsamico Essig für Salate u. zum Kochen verwendet habe, nahm ich zu viel vom Apfelessig. Aber als ich die richtige Menge raus hatte, war der Geschmack hervorragend. Wie mit allen Gewürzen ist es hier auch, sparsam verwenden, am besten teelöffelweise und immer wieder abschmecken.
