Basic preparation: Soak 100 g Hensel soy cutlets in minced-meat-style in 200 ml warm water, vegetable broth or marinade for about 10 minutes and stir occasionally. Pour the liquid off, drain the soy meat briefly. Depending on the recipe, season and continue to cook. Turns out to be about 300 g of meat substitute.
