This is my favourite vinegar for salad because it has a round aroma and doesn't just taste sour. I also use it pure for a vinegar-oil dressing.

Das ist mein Lieblingsessig für Salat, weil er ein rundes Aroma hat und nicht einfach nur sauer schmeckt. Den nehme ich auch pur für ein Essig-Öl-Dressing.
