Delicious apple cider vinegar. I drink 1 glass with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning and this one is simply wonderful for this because of its good flavour. I also use it for dressings, of course, and it shines there too! Really good.

Leckerer Apfelessig. Ich trinke am Morgen 1 Glas mit 1 EL Apfelessig und dieser hier eignet sich aufgrund guten Geschmacks einfach wunderbar dafür. Für Dressings verwende ich ihn dann natürlich auch gleich mit, auch da glänzt er! Wirklich gut.

Especially on days when I go running before work, I drink a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar right after I get up. Hensel's Naturtrübe is my favourite and I feel very good with it. But I don't think much of the trend to add honey, because I drink it for its effect and not because it's so tasty.

Vor allem an Tagen, an denen ich vor der Arbeit laufen gehe, trinken ich gleich nach dem Aufstehen ein Glas Wasser mit einem Esslöffel Apfelessig. Der Naturtrübe von Hensel ist mein Favorit und ich fühl mich sehr gut damit. Von dem Trend noch Honig mit reinzutun halte ich aber nix, ich trinken es ja wegen der Wirkung und nicht weil es so lecker ist.
