: Review date:The fried herring tastes quite good. A little too sour, perhaps. We compared it directly with the slightly more expensive one from Fontaine, which we found to be slightly better tasting.

: Review date:As a true coastal child, I love fried herring, but unfortunately I couldn't finish this one. The marinade smells like pure vinegar essence and so, unfortunately, the herring also tastes like pure vinegar. Even the cat spurned the rest of the fish.
Als echtes Küstenkind liebe ich Brathering, aber diesen konnte ich leider nicht aufessen. Die Marinade riecht nach purer Essigessenz und so schmeckt leider auch der Hering nach Essig pur. Selbst die Katze hat den restlichen Fisch verschmäht.
