Haussmann Organic Bordeaux Baron Eugène. A key figure in the history of France, Baron Eugène Haussmann, was prefect of the Seine from 1853 to 1870. He was in charge of drawing up a vast plan to modernise Paris. Through her wines, Nathalie Haussmann pays tribute to the work of her ancestor. This wine is distinguished by its deep purple colour, a pleasant nose with aromas of red berries, a powerful note of blackcurrant, spices and a long finish.
