I had some reservations when I bought this pasta. I associate hemp with a grassy taste, which I don't really want in pasta. However, the proportion is very low, which is why the pasta really tastes good to me. The slightly nutty taste of spelt predominates. But it will still be a rare treat for me, because more than 3 euros for a 250-g pack of noodles seems a bit too expensive. I could understand it with egg noodles, but not with normal noodles without egg.

Ich hatte doch etwas Bedenken, als ich diese Pasta gekauft habe. Mit Hanf verbinde ich eher einen grasigen Geschmack, den ich bei Nudeln eigentlich nicht haben möchte. Der Anteil ist aber sehr gering gehalten, weshalb mir die Nudeln wirklich sehr gut schmecken. Es überwiegt doch eher der leicht nussige Geschmack vom Dinkel. Es wird aber trotzdem ein seltenes Vergnügen für mich bleiben, da mir über 3 Euro für eine 250-g-Packung Nudeln doch etwas zu teuer erscheint. Bei Eiernudeln könnte ich es verstehen, bei normalen Nudeln ohne Ei allerdings nicht.
