Äußerst lecker auf Salat. Seit ich diese geschälte Hanfsamen kenne, verwende ich sie jeden Tag auf meinem mittäglichen rohköstlichen Salat. Wenn ich's vergesse nehme ich dann auch mal einen Löffel davon pur! Purer Genuß!
