The can lasts me 3 months, I mix these seeds 3-5 times a week in puddings, yoghurt etc., then consciously drink more as usual due to the absorption effect of hemp seeds and I am still free of any deficiency symptoms. I hope that many people will remember the old grain and take the ingredients to heart, which will then make the exports of foreign superfoods superfluous, as hemp usually outperforms them by far. In the past, the lobby has been extremely active against hemp, and not without reason.
Ich verzehre dieses gemahlene Hanfprodukt immer noch. Die Dose hält bei mir 3 Monate, 3-5x in der Woche mixe ich in Puddeling, Joghurt & Co diese Samen, trinke dann anschließend bewußt mehr wie üblich aufgrund des Saugeffektes von Hanfsamen und bin immer noch frei von jeglichen Mangelerscheinungen. Ich hoffe darauf, das viele Menschen sich des alten Getreides besinnen, die Inhaltsstoffe sich zu Herzen nehmen, was dann die Exporte der ausländischen Superfoods überflüssig macht, da Hanf diese in der Regel deutlich übertrifft. Die Lobby hat sich in der Vergangenheit nicht ohne Grund außerordentlich intensiv gegen Hanf engagiert .

Es ist sehr nahrhaft und schmeckt dazu sogar noch ! Im Joghurt, Puddeling oder Müsli fehlt es bei mir mittlerweile nicht mehr. Im Gegensatz zu den Industrie-Produkten werde ich keinerlei körperliche Nachteile haben -auch nicht Jahrzehnten-. Es ist echtes Hanf ´drin und keine ´falschen` Erdbeeren........
