: Review date:One more note, unfortunately it is cut a bit thick, we cut it again with the machine and prefer to eat it thinner. Tastes sweet and nutty, but not as sweet as the other gluten-free breads, which always taste a bit artificial to me.
Noch eine Anmerkung, leider ist es etwas dick geschnitten, wir schneiden es mit der Maschine nochmals durch und essen es lieber dünner. Schmeckt süsslich-nussig, jedoch nicht so süss wie die anderen glutenfreien Brote, die für mich immer etwas künstlich schmecken.

Das Brot mag ich sehr gerne, weil richtig viel Saat drin steckt und es dadurch schön saftig ist und auch leicht süßlich schmeckt. Nach einer Scheibe bin ich allerdings pappsatt, weil es so mächtig ist durch die ganzen Körner.
