Bis jetzt kannte ich von zuhause den Salzwedeler Baumkuchen. Nun wollte ich mal einen anderen probieren. Und da Hammermühle eigentlich sehr gute Produkte hat, bestellte ich mir einen. Optisch etwas anders aber geschmacklich überraschenderweise recht gut. Nicht zu vergleichen, aber ich esse ihn gern.

: Review date:This Baumkuchen is really a great alternative for people with gluten intolerance who want a quick snack. Personally, the Baumkuchen is too sweet, but it still tastes delicious. The cake is one of the few foods that does not contain palm oil - which is always a purchase criterion for me! The ingredients are also okay, but there is just too much sugar, so I deduct one star!
Dieser Baumkuchen ist wirklich eine prima alternative für Menschen mit Glutenintoleranz, die mal eben "schnell" was naschen möchten. Mir persönlich ist der Baumkuchen zu süss, schmeckt aber trotzdem recht lecker. Der Kuchen ist einer der wenigen Lebensmittel wo mal kein Palmfett enthalten ist - für mich ja immer ein Kaufkriterium!!! Auch sonst sind die Zutaten ganz in Ordnung, nur halt einfach zuviel Zucker, daher einen Stern Abzug!
