Wollte einfach mal Soba-Nudeln probieren, da man hier und da immer wieder etwas hört oder liest. Ist aber nicht so unser Geschmack. Ich habe es exakt nach Anleitung gemacht, also hoffe ich mal, dass es daran nicht lag. Eigenartige Konsistenz, gewöhnungsbedürftiger Geschmack.

Sobanudeln muss man mögen. Also am besten probieren, bevor man eine größere Bestellung tätigt. Meiner Mutter erging es nämlich so. Ich schwärmte von diesen Nudeln, sie bestellte sich gleich 5 Pack. Schmeckten ihr aber gar nicht. Gut für mich, denn ich liebe den Geschmack. Köstliche Nudeln die eins, zwei, drei zubereitet sind.
