A wonderful alternative to cornichons, which I have found to be soft rather than crunchy in organic form. Balanced flavour, not too vinegary, not too soft and not too hard. This is how I became aware of this producer, who also have great intermediate sizes of sauerkraut and red cabbage in their range. :)

Wunderbare Alternative zu Cornichons, welche ich in bio eher weich statt knackig kennengelernt habe. Ausgewogener Geschmack, nicht zu essiglastig, nicht zu weich und nicht bretthart. Darüber bin ich auf diesen Hersteller aufmerksam geworden, die auch prima „Zwischengrößen“ an Sauerkraut und Rotkohl im Sortiment haben. :)
