Ich habe echten (zumindest vermute ich das - Stempel stimmt zumindest) Parmigiano Reggiano dazu verwendet. Ohne den salzigen Käse würde ich ein kleines bisschen mehr Salz im Kochwasser empfehlen. : Review date:Although kamut spaghetti is a lot more expensive than normal wheat noodles, I much prefer to buy these, because I'm happy to add a few cents for my enjoyment. The kamut spaghetti really tastes good to me. Their firm, doughy consistency after cooking reminds me a little of fresh Italian pasta. And their nutty flavour has a lot more character than the banal run-of-the-mill noodles. At the same time, they are not too overbearing. Just the other day I cooked spaghetti carbonara. The egg mixture adhered very well to the noodles. Apart from the spaghetti, I also recommend the other forms of kamut noodles. All of them are extremely delicious.
Obwohl die Kamut Spaghetti um einiges teurer sind als normale Weizennudeln, kaufe ich viel lieber diese, denn für meinen Genuss lege ich gerne ein paar Cent drauf. Die Kamut Spaghetti schmecken mir wirklich sehr gut. Durch ihre bissfeste, teigige Konsistenz nach dem Kochen erinnern sie mich ein wenig an frische italienische Nudeln. Und ihr nussiger Geschmack hat deutlich mehr Charakter als die banalen Allerweltsnudeln. Dabei sind sie aber auch nicht zu aufdringlich. Neulich erst habe ich Spaghetti Carbonara gekocht. Die Eimasse haftete dabei sehr gut an den Nudeln. Außer den Spaghetti empfehle ich natürlich auch die anderen Formen der Kamut Nudeln. Alle sind äußerst köstlich.

: Review date:These noodles are really fine. I ordered them to give them a try. The fact that they are made from kamut flour made me curious. Moreover, they are original italiano. After my first cooking test, I can say that the pasta is not as light and thin as wheat flour spaghetti. The consistency is firmer and the taste slightly nutty. The roughened surface, which is supposed to make the sauce stick better to the noodles, doesn't help much, in my experience. As with all spaghetti, the main part of the sauce remains in the plate. Nevertheless, the noodles themselves are worth buying. A nice change from spelt and wholemeal noodles.
Diese Nudeln sind wirklich fein. Habe sie bestellt, um sie mal auszuprobieren. Die Tatsache, dass sie aus Kamutmehl sind, hat mich neugierig gemacht. Zudem sind sie original italiano. Nach meinem ersten Kochversuch kann ich sagen, dass die Nudeln nicht so hell und dünn sind, wie Weizenmehl-Spaghetti. Die Konsistenz ist fester und der Geschmack leicht nussig. Die angeraute Oberfläche, die angeblich dafür sorgen soll, dass die Soße besser an den Nudeln haften bleibt, bringt, meiner Erfahrung nach, aber nicht viel. Wie bei allen Spaghetti bleibt der Hauptteil der Soße auch hier im Teller zurück. Trotzdem, die Nudeln selbst sind einen Einkauf wert. Eine schöne Abwechslung zu Dinkel- und Vollkornnundeln.
