: Review date:Unfortunately, the maccheroni didn't taste that good to me, because the noodles made from kamut flour have a very special, somehow nutty taste. I was quite irritated by this strong flavour. I think it affects the whole meal. Even the sauces taste different. But the noodles are of very high quality. That is, they retain their shape and a firm, doughy bite after cooking. But I will still stick to the good old pasta made from durum wheat semolina. I've been eating them all my life, probably too long to change my habits now. I give the Kamut Maccheroni three stars.
Mir haben die Maccheroni leider nicht so gut geschmeckt, denn die Nudeln aus Kamutmehl haben einen ganz speziellen, irgendwie nussigen Geschmack. Dieser starke Eigengeschmack hat mich ziemlich irritiert. Ich finde nämlich, dass der sich auf das ganze Essen auswirkt. Auch die Saucen schmecken dann irgendwie anders. Qualitativ sind die Nudeln aber sehr hochwertig. Das heißt, sie behalten nach dem Kochen sowohl ihre Form, als auch einen festen teigigen Biss. Ich werde aber trotzdem weiter bei den guten alten Nudeln aus Hartweizengrieß bleiben. Die esse ich schon mein Leben lang, wahrscheinlich zu lange, um mich jetzt noch umzugewöhnen. Ich gebe den Kamut Maccheroni drei Sterne.

They also have a fairly rough surface so that pesto and sauce can stick to them very well. The price is a little higher than other types of pasta, but still reasonable for 500 grams. Moreover, this is a high-quality food. Therefore, I give the maccheroni five stars and a recommendation.
Ich esse sehr gerne Pasta aus Kamutmehl, da diese, im Gegensatz zu den meisten Weizennudeln, einen kräftigen Eigengeschmack haben. Deren feine nussige Note gefällt mir gut. Mein Favorit sind die Maccheroni, da sich die Soße gut darin sammeln kann. Die Nudeln benötigen eine Kochzeit von ca. zehn Minuten. Sie behalten nach der Zubereitung sowohl ihre Form als auch ihren Biss. Zudem besitzen sie eine recht raue Oberfläche, so dass Pesto und Soße sehr gut an ihnen haften können. Der Preis ist zwar etwas höher als bei anderen Nudelsorten, aber für 500 Gramm immer noch angemessen. Außerdem handelt es sich hier um ein hochwertiges Lebensmittel. Daher gebe ich den Maccheroni fünf Sterne und eine Weiterempfehlung.

Since I already had great experience with the Violey company, I naturally looked around here for possible Kamut products. All Kamut pasta products from Gustoni are very tasty and can be recommended.
Liebe Verbraucher und Interessenten von Kamut Produkten, seit meiner Ernährungsumstellung war ich auf der Suche nach Getreideprodukten, die mir wirklich bekommen. Ich habe durch eine Bekannte erfahren, dass Kamut sehr verträglich sei. Und das ist es! Gerade weil ich unheimlich gerne Pasta esse :-)
Da ich mit der Firma Violey sowieso schon super Erfahrung hatte, habe ich natürlich hier nach eventuellen Kamut Produkten gestöbert. Alle Kamut Pasta Produkte von Gustoni sind sehr sehr lecker und weiterzuempfehlen.
