: Review date:Add it to your smoothie! The abundance of fibre is a real enrichment for my breakfast, as it keeps me full longer. It also works in yoghurt, but I like the smoothie version much better.
Ab in den Smoothie damit! Die Fülle an Ballaststoffen sind eine wirkliche Bereicherung für mein Frühstück, da es mich länger satt hält. Geht auch in Joghurt, mir gefällt die Smoothie-Variante aber deutlich besser.
