Grünspecht Bio-Rapssamen-Kissen 22 x 24 cm. Rapeseed pillows are a traditional household remedy for beneficial heat applications, since rapeseed can absorb heat very well and release it again in doses. The pillow can be easily warmed up in the microwave or in the oven. It is used for relaxation and can be used specifically to alleviate physical ailments.
Particularly beneficial for: muscle pain/hardening, muscle/neck tension, abdominal pain/cramps, constipation, flatulence, menstrual cramps and colds.
  • Heat in a non-preheated oven at max. 110°C for max. 6 minutes.
  • Heat in the microwave (observe the microwave manufacturer's instructions) at a maximum of 300 watts for a maximum of 2 minutes.
  • Place on a lukewarm radiator or tiled stove for a longer period of time.
Immediately after heating, shake the heat evenly throughout the pillow! During the first warming up, there may be a slight formation of moisture on the surface, but this disappears with repeated applications.
