Grünspecht Nackenhörnchen mit Rapssamenfüllung. The organic neck Pillow can be used for soothing heat applications for pain and tensions in the shoulder and neck area. The heating can be done in microwave or in ofen. Cotton and rape seeds originate from controlled organic farming.
- Heat in a non-preheated oven at max. 110°C for max. 5 minutes
- Heat in the microwave at max. 300 watts for max. 2 minutes (observe the microwave manufacturer's instructions!). If the product is not found to be warm enough, increase the heating time in 15-second increments at the indicated wattage under personal supervision to a maximum temperature of 48°C.
- Place on a lukewarm radiator or tiled stove for a longer period of time.
