Greenic Organic Nettle Drinking Powder. This organic drinking powder is extracted from nettle leaves and is stirred into beverages. Enjoy the plant powder for example in a smoothie or when dissolved in vegetable drinks or juices. The nettle powder also goes well with yoghurt or muesli.

For a smoothie: puree 3 teaspoons (10 g) of nettle powder with 300 ml of water and fruit and vegetables of your choice in a blender for one minute. As an alternative, stir 1.5 teaspoons (5 g) of nettle powder into 150 ml of fruit juice, vegetable juice or vegetable drinks twice a day.
To avoid lumps, it is recommended to stir the drinking powder into a little warm water (approx. 2 tbsp.) with a fork beforehand. After preparing the powder, you should use it up quickly.
Tip: a shaker can also be used instead of a blender.
