Stir approx. 1.5 heaped teaspoons (5g) of Meno Balance drinking powder into 250 ml of water, fruit juice, vegetable juice, vegetable drinks or a smoothie every day and enjoy! To avoid the formation of lumps, it is advisable to stir the drinking powder into some warm water (approx. 2 tablespoons) with a fork beforehand. After preparation, consume quickly.
Tip: A shaker can also be used instead of a blender.
