Stir 3 lightly heaped teaspoons of Green Power Drinking Powder into 250 ml of fruit juice, vegetable juice, vegetable drinks or a smoothie and enjoy. To avoid the formation of lumps, it is advisable to stir the drinking powder into some warm water (approx. 2 tablespoons) with a fork beforehand. After preparation, consume quickly.

Tip: Instead of a blender, you can also use a shaker.
