Recommended dosage: Stir approx. 1 slightly heaped teaspoon (5g) of cell protection & immune drinking powder into 250ml of water, juice, vegetable drinks, yoghurt, muesli or a smoothie and enjoy! To avoid lumps, it is recommended to stir the drinking powder into a little warm water (approx. 2 tablespoons) with a fork beforehand. Consume quickly after preparation.
