Stir 3 weakly heaped teaspoons barley grass powder into 250 ml fruit juice, vegetable juice, herbal drinks or a smoothie and enjoy. To avoid clumping it is recommended to stir the drinking powder in advance with a fork in a little warm water (about 2 tablespoons).
Tip: Instead of a mixer a shaker can also be used.
